Disabled mother takes on RIAA
[Archived in Entry]
[untitled #3] I want to say that picking on an innocent, disabled, single mother is going to make the RIAA look bad, but they’re already sued 14-year-old girls and dead people and sought hundreds of billions of dollars from college students, for god’s sake. How could they look worse?

So the RIAA or its “agents” (I really dont much care for that expression for it but there you go) are in the position of having broken into private property online without invitation, in order to recover evidence to incriminate people in an offence - in this instance, probably falsely.
[Captain Randy Blogs Again] I hope she wins: I don't know if you follow the lawsuits that the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has been pushing against people, but I'm tickled pink someone is fighting back.
